THE WEDDING PACKAGE
Your wedding coverage begins at the church or place of your choice up to 90 minutes before the ceremony. Before the ceremony we do a wide variety of photographs of the bride with her attendants as well as with family members. Time permitting we will also do the same array of photographs with the groom’s family & groomsmen. Traditionally we do not do photography of the bride & groom together before the ceremony, the choice is yours.
Photography done during the wedding ceremony varies widely from church to church. With over 25 years experience photographing over 500 weddings in many different churches, we know where to be and when to be there to get the best possible photography.
After the ceremony, the wedding party and family groups are done with the bride & groom. Family pictures include parents, siblings & spouses, nieces & nephews, & grandparents. We usually end this session with close-up and full length poses of the bride & groom. When a wedding is booked we list a detail of family members that will be attending as well as any special photography that you may want. The photography of the groups after the ceremony will take between 45 & 60 minutes.
Reception coverage includes the toast, cake cutting, dancing, and bouquet & garter throw.
Candid photographs will be taken during the entire event. Over 300 photographs are taken at most weddings. Photo opportunities vary at every wedding and so will the amount of photos taken.
Total coverage is 5 to 6 hours of photography time. Coverage beyond 6 hours will be billed at $75.00 per hour.
You can choose to have as many photographs mounted in an archival quality album as you wish to purchase. The minimum purchase is an 8 page Bride & Groom Wedding Album.
* There is a mileage fee of 50 cents per mile for weddings outside of the Caribou area to cover the extra time & gas expense involved in travel.

Book your wedding with us at least four
months in advance of your wedding date and pay for your wedding
package in full on the day your wedding is booked and you will
receive an 11 x 14 of your favorite pose.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
• A non-refundable $300.00 retainer is required to secure wedding coverage
• A second retainer of $300.00 is required within 7 days before the wedding.
• Your photo wedding album cd will be ready to be picked up at the studio within 2 weeks after the wedding. At this time, the remaining balance (minimum of $292.50) on your wedding package is required.
• Orders should be placed within 60 days after the wedding date. A 50% deposit is required on additional photographs ordered.
• Orders must be paid in full before they leave the studio.
8 PAGE B&G ALBUM (up to 64-4x5 photos ) $850.00 plus sales tax
10 PAGE B&G ALBUM (up to 80-4x5 photos) $970.00 plus sales tax
12 PAGE B&G ALBUM (up to 96-4x5 photos) $1,090.00 plus sales tax
Additional pages are $60.00 each (up to 8-4x5 photos)
Set of 3—DVD Photo Album’s—$200.00, add’l DVD Photo Album’s ordered with a set of 3 are $15.00 each.
DVD Photo Album when purchased with 12 page album or any order totaling $1000.00 or more…$175.00 for a set of 3. Add’l ordered at same time are $15.00.

Please Note: The studio takes utmost care with respect to the exposure, development, and delivery of photographs. However, due to any event or act outside the control of the studio, the studio's liability is limited to the refund of deposits.
